Steps for applying for Short Term Courses:
Step 1: All participants are required to create their online account through one-time registration as a new user. Register Here
After registration, participants can: a) Manage/Update their profile. b) Apply for Training Programme. c) View all the Trainings they have applied and attended.
Step 2: Verify your mobile number through OTP. (Without mobile verification, participants cannot log in.)
Step 3: After login, click on Apply for STC in the left panel.
Step 4: Select the Department and Mode to search for a Course.
Step 5: Apply for the desired Training/Short Term Course.
Step 6: Download your Application form under the “STC Applied” menu, print it, and get it signed by your Institution’s Competent Authority.
Step 7: Upload the signed Application form/Sponsorship letter under the “Upload Sponsorship” menu.
Step 8: Confirmation will be sent by the programme coordinator.
Step 9: All confirmed participants must join online/offline (as per course mode) at 9:30 am on the starting day.
Step 10: After successful completion, participants can download the Completion Certificate for Short Term Courses/FDPs.
Note:
1. For eligibility, course fee, TA/DA, accommodation, etc., contact your course coordinator. Coordinator details here
2. For technical issues while registering or applying, email fdp.support@nitttrchd.ac.in with your Application ID.
3. To change critical details (Name, Gender, DOB), email fdp.support@nitttrchd.ac.in from your registered email with valid ID proof.
